Questa app è riservata ai Centri Assistenza Autorizzati Immergas.

Si accede utilizzando gli stessi nome utente e password assegnati per entrare sul portale Service Immergas.

L’app funziona principalmente offline (senza connessione internet)* e consente di ordinare ricambi consultando gli esplosi linkabili, oppure inserendo codice o descrizione nel listino

E’ inoltre possibile consultare per tutti i prodotti i seguenti documenti in formato pdf:

- Esploso

- Schema elettrico

- Scheda tecnica

- Pannello comandi (istruzioni uso cruscotto)

Inserendo la matricola di un prodotto è possibile sapere se l’apparecchio è collaudabile o già collaudato (viene fornita data collaudo e località) e se è possibile attivare l’estensione di garanzia

L’App è ottimizzata per tablet/smartphone da minimo 7”

* e’ necessaria la connessione Internet per scaricare la documentazione prodotto e interrogare le matricole

It is accessed using the same username and password assigned to enter the Service Immergas portal.
